Get stronger, more flexible, and steadier on stage - and in life in general. Led by the Queen of the Subtle Tease, Sensu-ALL Bodies offers a comprehensive all-body workout. The session includes a body-warming warm-up, integrated strength and stretch routines, as well as core and balance practices that you're encouraged to incorporate both in and out of class, for a stronger foundation on and off the stage."
Talloolah Love combines her expertise from over 200 hours of YTT certifications, her background as a CMT and sports massage therapist, and more than 20 years of dance experience. She has crafted a caring, inclusive workout to support individuals on stage, on the dance floor, or in everyday life."
Students should wear supportive, close-toed shoes, bring a yoga mat, a towel and water. They should wear clothes they are ready to sweat in.
