CLASS DESCRIPTION:
This class is designed to help enhance your overall performance and provide a deeper understanding of your body's connectivity. In this class you will work on engaging your core, stretching your muscles and introducing exercises to help increase your flexibility. The benefits of stretching exercises are endless; they help in injury prevention and healing, provide better muscle coordination, improved posture, enhance performance, an increased range of motion, and overall greater mental health.
**Must preregister, if this class does not have enrollments by 11:00am, 1 hour prior to class, it will be canceled.
