Beginner Contemporary Ballet

Class Description

Discover ballet in a non-competitive and fun environment. This class is also open to dancers who what to refine technique and those who may have taken classes before. Exercises are aimed at conditioning the body for dance and focus on proper alignment, core strength, leg strength, balance, and flexibility. Instructor: Zara Estelle Mondays: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Price: $20 Wear something you are comfortable moving in and that is stretchy., Ballet slippers or socks are welcome. You must preregister. If this class does not have enrollments by 11:00 AM, 1 hour prior to class, it will be canceled.
