Instructor: Diana Dubloons 11/17 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM Price: $30 With over 35 yrs of experience in the hospitality and service industry, Diana Dubloons can show you tips, tricks, and the basics of being the first point of contact for guests of a show. Running the door is not just about checking people in and making change for tipping. It’s also about setting the stage for your guests' experiences at a show. Is it their first time at the venue? Have they ever been to a burlesque event before? Are they celebrating anything special? You are their first point of contact and will be their temporary concierge for the evening. Get insight on how to prepare for your role in the show and how to make sure the guests feel welcomed and appreciated for coming out. About Us: Drenched in over a century of charm, Metropolitan Studios Arts & Movement Community is an affordable creative space in the heart of Atlanta’s East Atlanta Village; and Atlanta's Burlesque and Cabaret House. We are an event venue, community gathering space, and Atlanta, Georgia’s Burlesque & Cabaret House, home to the Atlanta School of Burlesque and the award-winning Candybox Revue burlesque entertainment troupe. Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
