Floornication: Freestyle Exploration

Class Description

Instructor: JayJae Franchesca 11/17 12:30 PM - 2:00 PM Price: $35 A big rule of freestyling is to practice freestyling and this movement space is designed to be supportive of anyone looking to take their freestyle practice even further! Using a basic movement sequence, prompts and reflections, and a variety of music, this workshop focuses on the exploration of floorwork freestyle using the senses. What to Bring • A journal or notepad is required • Kneepads are highly encouraged • Socks or shoes are always welcome. You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
