Class Description

Instructors: Erica Acebo & Madison Rengli Saturdays 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Price: $230 Eight (8) Weeks 2/1-3/22 *Note that this class does not perform in the recital Discover the art of letting go, listening, and taking positive risks in a safe and supportive environment with this unique 8-week group therapy course. Combining therapeutic techniques with the principles of improv comedy, this group is designed to help you manage anxiety, build self-compassion, and connect with others through laughter and vulnerability. Please note: Registration does not guarantee placement in the course without pre-screening approval. To ensure comfort and safety for all participants, a pre-screening phone call with Erica is required prior to Day 1. Your instructors, Erica Acebo, an EMDR-trained LCSW with over 10 years of experience helping individuals navigate PTSD, anxiety, depression, and substance use challenges, and Madison Rengli, an experienced improv instructor with over a decade of live theatre and improv expertise, will guide you step-by-step. Together, they create a space where you can practice new skills, take creative risks, and embrace imperfection—all while learning tools to calm your inner critic and build confidence.
