Intro To Sewing

Class Description

Instructor: Mary Abreu 11/16 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM Price: $25 Get a jump start on sewing with Intro to Sewing! Participants will learn how to thread their machine, wind a bobbin, machine settings, and basic terminology. Students need: • Sewing machine with power cord, pedal, manual, and all the accessories that came with it (If you do not have one to bring, you can share with a classmate) • Scissors • Pen and paper • All-purpose sewing thread that is no more than 5 years old • Extra sewing machine needles. This workshop is part of the Burlesque Academy III, FanWise DIY, and Strip Tease courses, and is also available as an independent workshop.

Cancellation Policy

You must notify Metropolitan Studios at least 3 hours before class starts, or class will be deducted from your account and considered “used” even though you were not present.
